تعزيز مفاهيم الاستدامة

تطور "مجموعة روشن" مجتمعاتها للمستقبل، وتلتزم بتطبيق مفاهيم الاستدامة في كافة مشاريعها وتسعى دائما إلى تحقيق أعلى المعايير الدولية. في مجتمع "سدرة"، تعتمد "مجموعة روشن" على المواد والتقنيات الحديثة لخفض الانبعاثات الكربونية، حيث تستخدم طرق العزل الحراري التي تفوق متطلبات كود البناء السعودي، وتدعمها بوحدات تكييف عالية الكفاءة، مما يقلل من استهلاك الطاقة. كما تشجع "مجموعة روشن" السكان على التّّحول إلى استخدام السيارات الكهربائية من خلال توفير منافذ شحن تلك السيارات في مداخل الوحدات بالإضافة إلى محطات شحن عامة في المواقع الرئيسية. وص ُُمم المخطط العام للمجتمع بعناية ليكون مهيئا للمشاة للتنقل بسهولة دون الحاجة لاستخدام السيارات. كما تم تصميم ممرات المشاة ومسارات الدراجات لتشجع على المشي والاستمتاع بالطبيعة. تعد "مجموعة روشن" من أهم الداعمين لمبادرة "السعودية الخضراء"، ويسعى مجتمع "سدرة" إلى تعزيز التنوع الحيوي من خلال زراعة ألفي شجرة في مختلف مناطق المجتمع. توفر هذه الأشجار الظل وتساعد على خفض درجات الحرارة، كما أنها تساهم في تحسين جودة الهواء وخلق بيئة نقية ومنعشة. تعتمد هذه المساحات الخضراء الحيوية على طرق الري الذكية باستخدام مستشعرات رطوبة التربة والمياه المعالجة للحفاظ على موارد المياه الثمينة في المملكة.

تحرص "مجموعة روشن" على جعل مجتمع "سدرة" مكانا مريحا وسهل الاستخدام، كما تولي اهتماما كبيرا لتصميم الوحدات السكنية لتلبي احتياجات جميع السكان، بما في ذلك ذوي الإعاقة وكبار السن. وعلى سبيل المثال، يمكن تركيب مصعد داخلي في بعض الوحدات لتسهيل التنقل داخلها. تمتد العناية بالتفاصيل إلى باقي أجزاء المجتمع، فنجد الحدائق الصغيرة منتشرة في جميع الأحياء، لتوفر مساحات خضراء يلتقي فيها السكان ويتبادلون الأحاديث ويستمتعون بالهدوء. كما يضفي الوادي الطبيعي المزيد من الجمال على المشهد، ويمنح السكان فرصة أخرى للتأمل والاستمتاع بالطبيعة. تحرص "مجموعة روشن" على تمكين سكان مجتمعاتها من ممارسة الرياضة بسهولة. وفي مجتمع "سدرة" سيجد السكان مرافق رياضية متنوعة، سواء من محبي الجري أو ركوب الدراجات أو المسارات المخصصة للمشاة. كما تم تصميم الأماكن العامة لتشجيع العائلات على تقليل الاعتماد على قيادة السيارات، وبالتالي تحسين اللياقة وتعزيز السلامة وتقليل التلوث البيئي. ولأن الأمان هو عنصر أساسي في مجتمعات "روشن"، تعمل المجموعة على توفير بيئة اجتماعية آمنة من خلال فرق أمنية متنقلة تغطي جميع مناطق مجتمع "سدرة".
